Chip Souza, NWA Demcrat-Gazette sports editor, talks with Leland Barclay, the River Valley sports guru, talk about how Rogers has the conference locked up, but the 2-3 seeds are still up for grabs. Who will grab it? Springdale Har-Ber?, Rogers Heritage, Fayetteville?
